Very smooth yet full entry, with fine-grain tannins mixed with the fruit and spice flavors. The wine evolves from a delightful sense of elegance and finesse to one of power and firmness, this being more obvious as the wine is held on the pallet. The finish is lengthened by the presence of these firm tannins, which also point towards good aging potential. The length is supported by the lingering flavor of dark chocolate and cherries.

100% Napa Cabernet. Dark black/purple in color. Deep, explosive cassis aromas, with crushed berry (high skin: juice ratio) intensity. Big mouthful of dark purple fruit, lush and dense, powerfully concentrated. Fine, chiseled finish, speaking to the long growing season and the Morisoli piece.

100% Napa Cabernet. Dark, Ruby red in color, with deep saturation. Ripe black cherry and dark chocolate mingled with black currant flavors and hints of roses. The entry is very round with ample fruit and balanced acidity. Tannins are full yet smooth and are integrated with the concentration of fruit. The middle palate resonates into a long finish that is extended by mouth-coating tannins.
